It's a tricky business to find a retirement village provides apartments or cottages with large rooms and 3 or 4 bedrooms.  But I think I have found one! 

Lynwood Retirement Village set in Sunninghill near Ascot is set to build several large retirement homes and they should be completed by the summer of 2017.  The village provides everything you could possibly want; an indoor pool, gym, spa, hydrotherapy, hair salon, village hall, library and a care home.
